Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site
Sales Business Development
role based in Surabaya. The position focuses on identifying and developing
brand-relevant B2B leads
that require digital marketing solutions such as KOL campaigns, influencer marketing, affiliate programs, online events, and training services.
Key responsibilities
include:
- Identifying and qualifying
B2B leads from brands
that need digital marketing solutions. - Conducting market research to understand brand needs, trends, and opportunities.
- Preparing and delivering sales pitches, proposals, and campaign recommendations.
- Managing the sales pipeline end-to-end, including follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Building, nurturing, and maintaining long-term relationships with brand clients.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed successfully and aligned with client expectations.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research skills to identify relevant brand prospects and industry trends.
- Proven ability in
B2B lead generation and end-to-end sales
, including pitching and negotiation. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and affiliates.
- Customer-oriented mindset with high attention to detail.
- Proactive, target-driven, and able to work collaboratively with the internal team.
- Experience in business development, sales, or digital marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields is preferred.
