Sales Business Development

Key Responsibilities
- Identify, qualify, and pursue B2B prospects that require corporate training solutions.
- Conduct market research to understand industry needs, training trends, and client skill gaps.
- Prepare and deliver sales pitches, proposals, and customized training packages.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process: prospecting, follow-ups, negotiations, and deal closing.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, L&D stakeholders, and business leaders.
- Collaborate with internal teams (training, operations, and facilitators) to ensure smooth program delivery.
- Monitor sales performance, achieve monthly targets, and continuously explore new growth opportunities.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical and research abilities to understand training needs and relevant prospects.
- Experience in B2B sales or business development, especially in selling services or training programs.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, particularly when engaging with HR and management-level stakeholders.
- Customer-oriented with strong attention to detail.
- Target-driven, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in L&D, HR solutions, consulting, or digital training is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's degree (S1) in Business, HR, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
