Capital Expansion Manager

【Job Responsibilities】

1.Formulate and implement capital plans and management systems in alignment with the company's business strategies and operational status.

2.Proactively develop diversified financing channels, including but not limited to local banks, financial institutions, private equity funds and strategic investors; establish and maintain long-term strategic cooperative relationships with financial institutions and potential investors.

3.Lead or participate in capital scheme design, financial model calculation, due diligence, commercial negotiations and post-investment management.

4.Conduct in-depth research on the financial markets, regulatory policies, foreign exchange policies and macroeconomic trends of Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries, and provide professional financial and capital-level analysis and recommendations to support the company's decision-making, business expansion and risk control.

5.Collaborate closely with the company's internal business, finance and legal teams to ensure the safety, compliance and efficiency of capital operations.

【Job Requirements】

1.Bachelor's degree or above in finance, accounting or related majors; with over 3 years of overseas capital expansion and capital management experience.

2.Possess extensive experience in capital channel development, project financing or cooperation with financial institutions in Indonesia and other Southeast Asian countries, and have a sound network of contacts with local financial institutions, government departments or relevant industries.

3.Proficient in corporate financial management, financial tools, international financial markets and investment analysis; familiar with the local financial regulatory environment, tax policies and business practices in Southeast Asia.

4.Excellent strategic thinking, communication and negotiation skills, cross-cultural collaboration capabilities and pressure resilience; willing to travel overseas.

5.Fluent in English, with the ability to use it as a working language.
