Responsibilities

  • Conduct site surveys for prospective clinic locations, including space measurements, documentation, and feasibility assessment.
  • Coordinate floor layout development and fit-out/interior execution with external vendors or contractors.
  • Request, review, and compare vendor quotations for construction, renovation, and facility needs.
  • Monitor renovation progress, ensure adherence to specifications, and perform quality checks upon completion.
  • Support the procurement of furniture, fixtures, and clinic facility equipment in collaboration with the GA and Procurement teams.
  • Prepare project timelines, track progress, identify potential delays, and provide routine progress reports.
  • Maintain close coordination with GA, Operations, Procurement, and other internal stakeholders relevant to expansion activities.
  • Execute final readiness checklists to ensure facilities, cleanliness, utilities, and supporting equipment meet operational requirements before branch opening.

Qualifications

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Facility/Building Management, or relevant fields.
  • 1–3 years of experience in store development, outlet expansion, facility projects, commercial fit-out, GA project coordination, or field project execution.
  • Ability to interpret basic layouts or floor plans and communicate requirements to contractors.
  • Demonstrated experience in vendor coordination, follow-up, and basic price comparison/quotation evaluation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (especially Excel/Sheets for comparison tables and reporting).
  • Willing to travel domestically and perform onsite supervision as needed.
  • Strong coordination, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
