Role Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Human Capital Manager to join our team at PT. Machindotama Abadi. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Banten. The Human Capital Manager is responsible for planning,organization structure, developing, and managing human resources and personnel policies. Daily responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, talent management, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and providing strategic support to optimize workforce effectiveness. The role will contribute to aligning HR practices with organizational goals to support sustainable growth and a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Human Capital Management, Human Capital, and HR Management
  • Advanced expertise in Human Resources (HR) practices, including recruitment and talent management
  • Proficient Analytical Skills for data-informed decision-making and strategic workforce planning
  • Solid understanding of labor laws and regulations in Indonesia
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships within the organization
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Previous experience in an HR leadership role, preferably in tech company experience
