Job Descriptions:

  • Collaborate closely with the Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) to support data management, operational incentives, and other administrative needs of the Human Capital team.
  • Monitor and maintain employee workflow data trackers.
  • Coordinate employee mutations/transfers, including changes in position, level, and location.
  • Handle resignation and offboarding processes for entry-level employees and outsourced personnel.
  • Prepare headcount reports and maintain the employee calendar.
  • Do in end to end the recruitment process

Requirements:

  • Min. Bachelor Degree with min. GPA 3.00
  • Have min. 2 years experience in related role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (including HLOOKUP, VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
  • Strong communication skills with a structured and clear communication style.
  • Proactive, high-initiative, and a "can-do" attitude is essential.
  • Goal-oriented and committed to delivering excellent results.
