About the role
As a Human Capital at PT Realma Vestama Nusantara, you will play a crucial role in shaping the company's talent acquisition strategy and employer branding initiatives. This contract position is based in South Jakarta and offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on the organisation's growth and success.
What you'll be doing
- Developing, implementing, and executing innovative talent acquisition strategies to attract top talent to the organisation
- Creating and executing compelling employer branding campaigns to enhance PT Realma Vestama Nusantara's reputation and appeal as an employer of choice
- Lead the entire recruitment process, including requisition approval, hiring manager briefing, job advertising, candidate sourcing, application review, candidate screening, interview strategy, and offer process for various roles (ensuring a seamless candidate journey from sourcing to onboarding).
- Apply and adapt broader talent acquisition strategies (employer branding, internal recruiting, diversity, etc.) within your designated function or market.
- Utilize recruitment systems effectively, following key standards, documenting key actions, recommending improvements, and ensuring all data is accurate for reporting purposes.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies using various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals).
- Crafting compelling employer branding content to showcase our company culture and values
- Collaborating with hiring managers to understand their talent needs and deliver exceptional candidates
- Utilising various recruitment channels and tools to build a diverse talent pipeline
- Analysing recruitment data to identify trends and optimise our hiring processes
What we're looking for
- Prior experience in a startup environment is required, preferably in a fast-paced, tech-driven, or high-growth company
- Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, candidate experience, and employment relations
- Highly data-driven, able to provide insights and reports to improve recruitment efficiency
- Highly proactive, adaptable, strategic, and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of ownership over hiring and HR initiatives
- Strong in stakeholder management and negotiation skills (with the candidate also hiring managers).
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, applicant tracking systems, sourcing, recruiting data & recruiting tools.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or employer branding
- Strong understanding of recruitment principles, trends, and best practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders
- Proficiency in using various recruitment tools and technologies
- Creative and analytical mindset, with a drive to continuously improve recruitment processes
- Familiarity with HR and talent management concepts, with a focus on employee experience
