Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Human Capital at PT. Champ Resto Indonesia Tbk. The position is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The General Manager Human Capital will be responsible for overseeing various Human Capital functions, including recruitment and staffing, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. The role involves developing and implementing human resources policies, managing HR budgets, and ensuring the company's human capital aligns with its strategic goals. Additionally, this position will require collaboration with other department heads to support the company's objectives.

  • Recruitment, Staffing, and Employee Relations skills
  • Performance Management, Training, and Development skills
  • Knowledge of labor laws and experience in ensuring compliance
  • Experience in developing and implementing HR policies
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus
