Responsibilities
:
- This role will focus on distribution sales into the region by finding new customers/routes to market, monitoring market movements, and building relationships with existing customers.
- Aid in the development of the short and long-term plans for the business and deliver the business objectives of profit growth, market share growth for existing markets, coverage of new markets, sustaining share through new product introduction.
- Aid in the development and implementation of a sales strategy for our industrial dairy ingredient solutions including sales volumes/values and pricing strategy.
- Delivery of the budgeted sales metrics - customer wise, grade wise
- Identify new business opportunities within the existing and in new geographic territories and market channels.
- To work closely with relevant internal departments to ensure efficient operation in terms of: product availability, storage, delivery & after sales service with ie: Finance, Tax & Warehouse Team
- Engagement with wholesalers, semi-wholesalers to track local pricing and local demand.
- Actively track competition activity in the region.
- Manage shipment/logistics issues with custom that may come up
- Perform other job-related duties as needed
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Management, Food Technology, or Economics.
- At least 3 years of experience in industrial sales or key account management, preferably within
B2B food and agri-business industrial sectors
. - Professional experience in Dairy Sales is a strong advantage.
- Proven track record in managing complex stakeholder relationships, both internal and external.
- Regional sales experience covering Java and Sumatra.
- Strong business acumen and mathematical skills to support data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as or Microsoft Dynamics.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key contacts in the food industry.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and professional proficiency in English.
- Willingness and flexibility to travel regularly to relevant locations.
