Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee end-to-end Radio Network Optimization (RNO) projects across regions.
  • Manage project scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation to ensure successful delivery.
  • Coordinate and supervise technical teams to achieve network performance targets (KPI).
  • Monitor and analyze project progress, providing regular reports to management and clients.
  • Ensure compliance with technical standards, safety, and quality requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including planning, implementation, and operation units.
  • Identify potential risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
  • Foster continuous improvement and knowledge sharing within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications Engineering or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Radio Network Optimization (RNO) or telecommunication project management.
  • Strong understanding of RAN technologies (2G/3G/4G/5G) and optimization tools.
  • Proven ability to manage project scope, schedule, and resources effectively.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Willing to travel and work across project regions.
