Kami mencari kandidat berpengalaman yang memiliki kemampuan kuat dalam optimasi jaringan menggunakan perangkat Huawei dan ZTE, memahami KPI, drive test analysis, parameter audit, serta troubleshooting end-to-end. Posisi ini akan ditempatkan di Jakarta.

Tanggung Jawab Utama

  • Melakukan Radio Network Optimization (RNO) untuk jaringan 2G/3G/4G/5G, fokus meningkatkan kualitas KPI (Accessibility, Retainability, Mobility & Integrity).
  • Melakukan analisa performance harian dan mingguan, termasuk troubleshooting area dengan degradasi KPI.
  • Menjalankan cluster/drive test analysis, mencari root cause dan memberikan rekomendasi optimalisasi.
  • Melakukan parameter audit & optimization pada perangkat Huawei dan ZTE di seluruh layer teknologi.
  • Melakukan RF planning review (tilt, azimuth, power settings) untuk perbaikan coverage dan capacity.
  • Bekerja sama dengan tim RF, Field, NOC, dan Core untuk menyelesaikan issue end-to-end.
  • Menyusun action plan dan memonitor implementasi optimasi hingga KPI mencapai target.
  • Menjalankan capacity management & interference analysis (PCI, overshoot, neighbors, etc.).
  • Mengelola dan memvalidasi implementasi new site integration agar sesuai parameter standar.
  • Menyiapkan technical report untuk internal dan klien terkait hasil audit atau project optimization.
  • Memberikan mentoring ke junior engineer dan memastikan proses optimasi berjalan sesuai SOP.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimal 5–7 tahun pengalaman sebagai RNO Engineer.
  • Berpengalaman kuat dengan perangkat Huawei dan ZTE (parameter, feature, troubleshooting).
  • Menguasai tools RNO dan drive test seperti Nemo, TEMS, G-NetTrack, MapInfo/Actix/ATOLL.
  • Memahami konsep Layer Management, Mobility Strategy, dan Feature Optimization.
  • Memiliki kemampuan analisa kuat dalam KPI dashboard, PM counter, dan konfigurasi parameter.
  • Mampu bekerja dengan deadline ketat dan koordinasi lintas tim.
