Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Radio Tuning Optimization Specialist located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The role involves performing day-to-day tasks such as analyzing and optimizing network performance to ensure efficient radio frequency operations. The responsibilities include conducting data analysis, identifying optimization opportunities, developing strategies for improvements, and collaborating with teams to execute projects successfully. The role requires effective communication and coordination with internal and external stakeholders to achieve operational goals.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analysis expertise to evaluate and optimize network performance
  • Proficiency in Optimization techniques and tools relevant to radio tuning
  • Excellent Communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with various teams and stakeholders
  • Project Management experience to oversee and execute optimization plans effectively
  • Knowledge of telecom systems and technologies is a significant advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work on-site in Jakarta, Indonesia, and adapt to a dynamic work environment
