Overview
L1 Support – Cloud Security bertanggung jawab sebagai lini pertama dalam melakukan pemantauan, deteksi, dan penanganan awal insiden keamanan pada lingkungan cloud di AWS, GCP, atau Azure. Peran ini berfokus pada monitoring 24x7, pencatatan insiden, serta menjalankan prosedur operasional dan eskalasi sesuai standar keamanan yang berlaku.
Key Responsibilities
1. Monitoring & Security Posture
- Melakukan
pemantauan 24x7
terhadap
security posturing tools
menggunakan layanan native cloud, seperti: - AWS Security Hub
- Azure Security Center
- GCP Security Command Center (SCC)
- Melakukan pemantauan 24x7 terhadap
security services/tools
, baik native services maupun
third-party solutions
.
2. Incident Management
- Mencatat dan mengklasifikasikan seluruh
insiden operasional
berdasarkan tingkat severity, jenis insiden, dan detail kejadian. - Melakukan analisis awal (initial triage) terhadap alert atau anomali keamanan.
- Menjalankan prosedur
eskalasi ke Tier 2
apabila insiden berada di luar kewenangan atau kemampuan penanganan L1.
3. Reporting
- Menyusun dan menyampaikan
laporan harian (daily check/report)
yang mencakup: - Status security posture
- Healthiness layanan/sistem
- Task operasional yang telah dilakukan
- Notifikasi alert dan tindak lanjutnya
4. Operational Task
- Menjalankan
health check sederhana
terhadap resources keamanan cloud. - Mengeksekusi task operasional rutin yang terdokumentasi dalam Juknis/Standard Procedure, seperti:
- Mengelola user
- Mengelola firewall
- Mengelola SSL
- Mengelola Key Management Service (KMS)
- Dan tugas operasional keamanan cloud lainnya sesuai SOP.
Requirements
- Minimal
1 tahun pengalaman
sebagai
Cloud Engineer
pada CSP: AWS, GCP, atau Azure. - Memiliki pengalaman dalam mengoperasionalkan
native cloud security solutions
pada AWS, GCP, atau Azure. - Memiliki sertifikasi dasar (
beginner-level
) pada salah satu platform cloud, seperti: AWS Cloud Practitioner, Azure Fundamentals, GCP Associate Cloud Engineer atau setara - Pendidikan minimal
D3 atau setara
. - Memahami konsep dasar keamanan cloud, incident handling, dan operational monitoring.
- Memiliki kemampuan analisis, komunikasi, dan dokumentasi yang baik.
- Mampu bekerja dalam sistem
shift 24x7
(jika diperlukan).
