Our approach is relentless performance-oriented software engineering vs. server sprawl in our customers' data centres. You will use the latest high-end hardware and continuously devise ways to push the envelope of software performance.

We are a team of highly adaptable system administrators, dealing with multiple tasks and systems — from wonderful Linux firewall, data processing, to configuring advance traffic filtering systems for a large quantity of machines, we do it all. We are involved in all aspects of the projects' support to our clients.

It is our role to work collaboratively with Business and Engineering teams to update and maintain our systems, help automate and streamline our operations and processes, build and maintain tools for monitoring and operations and troubleshoot and resolve issues in our different environments.

Your role as L1 Support Engineer

As L1 Support Engineer,

  • You will be expected to take part in a wide range of activities including proactive maintenance and system administration, performance management, troubleshooting as well as other types of support.
  • You will engage with our customers directly or via our Customer Service team and collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • You will also support the product development and conduct various maintenance activities in production/testing environments following our frequent software release cycles.
  • You will be expected to communicate and collaborate with multinational teams across Business and Engineering fields

What we value

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunications Engineering or Computer Science
  • Excellent command of English, strong communication and coordination skills
  • Proven experience with Linux system, shell programming and script languages
  • Prior working experience as a system administrator is a strong plus, experience with servers, switch or aggregator
