Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Organizational Development & Analytic Staff. The role is located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The primary responsibilities include analyzing organizational effectiveness, developing and implementing organizational development programs, managing performance management systems, and ensuring effective communication across the organization. The role will also involve conducting research and data analysis to support organizational strategies and initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Min 1 years of experience in HR Analytic or organizational development.
  • Strong Analytical Skills and ability to conduct data analysis
  • Expertise in Organizational Effectiveness and Performance Management
  • Effective Communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience in Organizational Development strategies and implementation
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Proficiency in HRIS (Talenta) is must
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, or related field
