The main selling item is a Chicago style 21" pizza slice business. This is Fast Food A slice heats up on 1-2 minutes and up to 15 slices at a time. It's from a pizza over 1/2 a meter wide. So it's very instagramable.

But a great product needs a great story. That's where you come in.

The Mission - What's the Big Challenge?

We are looking for a strategic and hungry Head of Marketing to be the architect of our brand's future. You'll own the marketing function from the ground up, transforming and localising our brand into a regional powerhouse and a nationally recognized name. This is a player-coach role where you'll set the vision and also get your hands dirty in the dough.

Key Responsibilities - The "What You'll Do"

· Brand Storytelling: Develop and execute a compelling brand narrative that resonates with our core customers and attracts new ones.

· Growth Strategy: Build and lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media, SEO/SEM, email) and traditional channels.

· Data-Driven Decisions: Own the marketing budget, track KPIs (like CAC, LTV, and ROAS), and use data to optimize spend and prove impact on sales and store traffic.

· Community Cultivation: Deepen our local roots through community events, partnerships, and hyper-local marketing while scaling our digital community.

· Content & Creative Leadership: Oversee all content creation—from mouth-watering social videos to impactful email campaigns—ensuring a consistent and high-quality brand voice.

· Team Building: As we grow, you will have the opportunity to build and mentor a killer marketing team.

The Ideal Candidate - "Who You Are"

You are a marketing all-star who gets equally excited about a clever ad campaign and a jump in conversion rates. You're a builder, a doer, and a pizza fanatic at heart.

· 5+ years of marketing experience, with a proven track record of driving growth for a consumer brand, ideally in QSR, food & beverage, or a related lifestyle industry.

· A data-native mindset; you live in analytics platforms and know how to turn insights into action.

· A master of modern marketing channels: you're fluent in Meta/Instagram, TikTok, Google Ads, and other marketing methods.

· Excellent storyteller with superb written and verbal communication skills.

· A proactive, "roll-up-your-sleeves" attitude. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable being the marketing expert in the room.

· A genuine passion for food and brand accomplishment- meeting targets and gaining rewards from work that achieves the over and beyond results.
