Role Description

This is a
full-time, on-site
role for a
Head of Marketing
, based in
Jakarta, Indonesia
. You will lead the development and execution of brand and marketing strategies to grow brand awareness, penetration, and business performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own brand strategy: positioning, messaging, campaign direction, and brand consistency across channels
  • Lead integrated marketing campaigns (ATL/BTL/digital/social) from ideation to execution and evaluation
  • Translate consumer insights and market trends into growth opportunities and innovation initiatives
  • Partner with Sales team to align brand plans with channel execution (GT/MT/Horeca/Special Channels)
  • Manage agency partners (creative, media, KOL/influencer, production) and ensure on-time, on-brand delivery
  • Track performance (brand health, campaign ROI, funnel metrics) and continuously optimize
  • Mentor junior team members and drive a high-performance, collaborative team culture

Qualifications

  • Have minimum 5-7 years strong experience in Brand Management / Brand Strategy / Integrated Marketing Campaigns
  • Skilled in market analysis, consumer insights, product positioning, and go-to-market planning
  • Hands-on experience with digital marketing, social media strategy, and content marketing
  • Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration (Sales, Product, Ops, Finance)
  • Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup environment; highly proactive and ownership-driven
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or related field (Master's is a plus)
  • Prior experience leading a team or managing senior stakeholders is strongly preferred
