Growth Specialist – SaaS Portfolio

You will own the growth engine for multiple SaaS ventures, one at a time, and help us go from zero to 10 paying customers per product before scaling further.

Our current launches include:

  • – Vulnerability tracking SaaS for cybersecurity compliance
  • – Smart attendance, leave, payroll automation in one system
  • – POS & loyalty system for F&B and Retail

And more in the pipeline.

Your Responsibilites

  • Take each SaaS from launch to 10 paying customers
  • Build lean, ROI-driven marketing funnels
  • Test, iterate, and scale what's working fast
  • Collaborate with each product PIC to tailor strategy and messaging
  • Own all things growth: messaging, channels, funnels, metrics

What You'll Own

  • Go-to-market strategy for each SaaS product
  • Messaging, positioning, and content direction
  • Channel selection and experimentation (SEO, email, paid, social, cold outreach)
  • Landing page and conversion funnel performance
  • Performance metrics: CPL, CAC, MQLs, trials, conversions
  • Building SOPs for repeatable growth playbooks
  • Coordinating with product leads and junior executors (writers, designers, ops)

Who We're Looking For

  • 3+ years in growth marketing or product marketing (preferably B2B/SaaS)
  • Experience taking a product from zero to revenue
  • Strong command of copywriting, funnel thinking, and customer psychology
  • Able to operate independently, hands-on, and fast-paced
  • Bonus: Experience in multiple product categories or startups
  • Bonus: Worked with early-stage founders or venture studios
  • Bonus: Able to structure systems and delegate to junior marketers
