Growth Specialist – SaaS Portfolio

You will own the growth engine for multiple SaaS ventures, one at a time, and help us go from zero to 10 paying customers per product before scaling further.
Our current launches include:
- – Vulnerability tracking SaaS for cybersecurity compliance
- – Smart attendance, leave, payroll automation in one system
- – POS & loyalty system for F&B and Retail
And more in the pipeline.

Your Responsibilites
- Take each SaaS from launch to 10 paying customers
- Build lean, ROI-driven marketing funnels
- Test, iterate, and scale what's working fast
- Collaborate with each product PIC to tailor strategy and messaging
- Own all things growth: messaging, channels, funnels, metrics

What You'll Own
- Go-to-market strategy for each SaaS product
- Messaging, positioning, and content direction
- Channel selection and experimentation (SEO, email, paid, social, cold outreach)
- Landing page and conversion funnel performance
- Performance metrics: CPL, CAC, MQLs, trials, conversions
- Building SOPs for repeatable growth playbooks
- Coordinating with product leads and junior executors (writers, designers, ops)

Who We're Looking For
- 3+ years in growth marketing or product marketing (preferably B2B/SaaS)
- Experience taking a product from zero to revenue
- Strong command of copywriting, funnel thinking, and customer psychology
- Able to operate independently, hands-on, and fast-paced
- Bonus: Experience in multiple product categories or startups
- Bonus: Worked with early-stage founders or venture studios
- Bonus: Able to structure systems and delegate to junior marketers
