Position Overview:

We are seeking an outstanding
Growth Marketing Specialist
who can confidently manage both customer engagement and marketing initiatives. This dual-role position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, adaptable and eager to make a real impact. You must have exceptional spoken and written English skills, as you will represent NEXLAW.AI to both clients and the broader market. This is a fully remote position, but you must be available to work core hours in the US Eastern Time Zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the founder and content team to design and execute marketing campaigns that drive engagement and brand growth.
  • Create compelling, high-quality content for emails, blog content, webinars, tutorials and more to drive leads.
  • Support the launch of new features and products with effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Monitor marketing performance, analyze results and adjust tactics for continuous improvement.
  • Lead onboarding sessions and ensure clients quickly become confident users of our platform.
  • Communicate clearly and professionally in all interactions, both verbal and written.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to gather feedback, identify opportunities and strengthen relationships.
  • Resolve customer issues efficiently, always striving to exceed expectations and minimize churn.
  • Analyze customer data to enhance the user experience and report key insights to the team.
  • Convert leads into clients via cold calling, emailing, and networking.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and track performance using CRM tools.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM systems, tracking leads, opportunities and client interactions.

Key Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer success, account management, or other client-facing roles (legal tech or SaaS preferred).
  • 1+ years in marketing (content creation, social media, or campaigns).
  • Demonstrated success in building and maintaining client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • Very fluent English in oral and written communication
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to work independently and reliably during US Eastern Time.
