Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Relationship Manager SME, based in Yogyakarta. The Relationship Manager SME will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with small and medium-sized enterprises, identifying client needs, and providing tailored financial solutions. Additional tasks include analyzing financial data, managing loan applications, conducting risk assessments, and achieving sales targets. The role requires regular interaction with clients and internal teams to ensure exceptional service delivery and long-term partnerships.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and client engagement skills, with a focus on meeting the needs of small and medium-sized enterprises.
  • Competence in financial analysis, risk assessment, and credit evaluation processes.
  • Experience in sales, business development, or financial services with the ability to meet targets.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a collaborative, on-site environment in Yogyakarta.
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in the banking or financial industry is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Indonesian and English, both written and verbal, is required.
