Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Relationship Manager role based in Yogyakarta, Indonesia. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with corporate clients, identifying financial needs, and providing solutions to meet those needs. Responsibilities include achieving sales targets, monitoring portfolio performance, ensuring compliance with banking regulations, and maintaining customer satisfaction through excellent service. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored banking solutions and proactively identifying market opportunities to grow the customer base.

Qualifications

  • Strong relationship management and communication skills to build and sustain client relationships
  • Knowledge of financial products, market trends, and banking operations to identify and meet client needs
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, business development, and achieving organizational targets
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills to assess customer requirements and propose tailored financial solutions
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment and comply with banking regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
  • Previous experience in a similar role within the banking or finance industry is advantageous
  • Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and verbal
