Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Guest Relations Specialist (Mandarin Speaker) at Katamaran Hotel & Resort Komodo in Komodo. The role involves managing guest interactions to create positive and memorable experiences, addressing guest inquiries and needs, and ensuring high-quality customer service. Responsibilities also include maintaining effective communication to enhance guest satisfaction, supporting sales activities, and collaborating with other departments to uphold the resort's luxury standards.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated expertise in Guest Relations, ensuring seamless and enjoyable experiences for visitors.
  • Proven skills in Customer Service, Customer Experience, and Communication to effectively address guest inquiries and build strong relationships.
  • Basic knowledge of Sales techniques to promote additional services and offerings effectively.
  • Fluency in Mandarin is required, alongside proficiency in English (additional language skills are an advantage).
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering outstanding service in a luxury hospitality setting.
  • Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the hospitality or tourism industry.
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt to the needs of an international clientele.
