Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Security Supervisor located in Komodo. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the security team, ensuring the safety of guests and staff, and maintaining the physical security of the premises. Daily tasks include monitoring security operations, conducting routine inspections, handling guest inquiries, and coordinating with other departments to maintain a secure and welcoming environment.

Qualifications

  • Strong Supervisory and Operations Management skills
  • Proficiency in Physical Security and Communication skills
  • Excellent Customer Service skills
  • Relevant experience in a supervisory or leadership role within the security industry is preferred
  • Ability to respond effectively to emergencies and incidents
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Fluency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  • Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or degrees in security management or related fields are an advantage
