Role Description

We are seeking a General Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of Komodo Resort. Responsibilities include managing staff, ensuring high-quality guest experiences, maintaining operational efficiency, and upholding the resort's standards of service and sustainability. The General Manager will also focus on driving revenue growth and implementing strategic plans to enhance guest satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located on Sebayur Island in the Komodo National Park.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
  • Experience in hospitality operations and guest service excellence
  • Knowledge in budgeting, financial management, and strategic planning
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience in or willingness to adapt to a remote island setting, including cultural sensitivity and adaptability
  • Background in the tourism or hospitality industry; experience in luxury resorts is a strong advantage
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field
