Guest Relations & Bookings Coordinator

(Full-Time — Bali)

We are looking for a proactive, organised, and warm-communicating Guest Relations & Bookings Coordinator to support two boutique hospitality businesses in the north of Bali. The role focuses on managing guest enquiries, handling bookings, and ensuring smooth communication between guests and our on-site teams.

What you'll do

  • Manage all incoming guest enquiries via WhatsApp and email
  • Provide clear, timely, friendly communication to potential and confirmed guests
  • Coordinate bookings, schedules, and availability across two connected businesses
  • Liaise with the operational teams to confirm daily schedules, guest arrivals, and special requests
  • Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and guest information
  • Send confirmations, reminders, and follow-up messages
  • Assist with simple administrative tasks and light reporting
  • Support guests with information about services, activities, facilities, and local area
  • Ensure a smooth, consistent guest experience from first enquiry to check-out
  • Escalate any issues or special circumstances to management when needed

What we're looking for

  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Clear, friendly, and professional communication style
  • Highly organised and reliable with good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using WhatsApp, email, Google Drive, and simple admin tools
  • Experience in hospitality, guest relations, customer service, admin, or bookings is a plus
  • Able to work independently and manage a steady flow of messages
  • Positive attitude and a problem-solving approach
  • Living in Bali with good understanding of the local working culture
