Job Descriptions

  • Respond promptly to reservation inquiries via phone, email, or booking platforms.
  • Process reservations efficiently while ensuring accurate guest information is recorded.
  • Upsell room types, packages, and amenities to maximize revenue.
  • Monitor room availability and adjust allocations to optimize occupancy rates.
  • Provide courteous and professional communication at all times.
  • Address special requests, preferences, or requirements for guests (e.g., dietary needs, accessibility).
  • Resolve guest issues related to reservations promptly and professionally.
  • Operate the hotel's Property Management System (PMS) for reservations and updates.
  • Ensure all booking platforms are synchronized and updated with accurate room availability and rates.
  • Generate reservation reports for management.
  • Coordinate with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, front office) for special guest arrangements.
  • Inform sales teams about group bookings or events impacting room availability.
  • Follow brand guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for reservations.
  • Adhere to hotel policies on cancellations, deposits, and refunds.

Requirments :

  • Minimum have 2 years experiences in hospitality industry in the same position.
  • Familiarity with online booking platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
  • A customer-first mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to upsell services and identify opportunities to maximize revenue.
  • Knowledge of hotel promotions, packages, and loyalty programs.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Ability to operate hotel systems (VHP).
