We are looking for a Sales Partnership (Tenant Acquisition) to help build and manage partnerships with organizations that manage or influence tenants. In this role, you will focus on executing partnership opportunities on the ground—working closely with building operators, event organizers, and tenant ecosystem partners to drive tenant acquisition. This role has high exposure to partnership strategy and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Sales oriented Partnerships or Sales oriented Business Development, also Familiar with Property industry, event, franchise, or SME-related industries.
  • Experience in interacting with B2B stakeholders or operational partners.
  • Good communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable meeting partners and working in the field.
  • Able to explain product value clearly to non-technical audiences.
  • Organized and able to manage multiple partners at the same time.
  • Nice to have experience in SaaS, POS, F&B, retail, or SME ecosystems, also exposure to Events, Exhibitions, or Multi-tenant environments.
  • Domiciled in or willing to be assigned to the South Jakarta area.

Role Description

  • Support the acquisition and management of partnerships with Commercial buildings, Malls, Mixed-use developments, Event Organizers, also Co-working spaces, Food Courts, and Franchise groups.
  • Assist in negotiating partnership arrangements such as recommended or preferred POS status, Referral-based partnerships, and POS onboarding as part of tenant or event packages.
  • Coordinate with internal sales and onboarding teams to follow up on partner-referred tenant leads, also Support tenant onboarding, and activation.
  • Assist with on-site tenant activation during events or new building openings when required.
  • Maintain day-to-day relationships with Property Management teams, Event Organizers and Operators, also Partner Operational contacts.
  • Ensure partners have the necessary materials and support to recommend Majoo to tenants.
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and onboarding teams to ensure smooth execution.
  • Track basic partnership performance metrics (leads, activations, conversions).
  • Provide feedback from partners and tenants to improve processes and offerings.
