Ticketing Partnerships & Operations Coordinator

Reports to : VP of Ticketing
Job Level : Staff
The Ticketing Partnerships & Operations Coordinator is responsible for supporting the Ticketing Division in executing operational plans, managing partner relationships, and handling administrative tasks related to ticketing events. The role ensures smooth coordination between internal teams and external partners to achieve ticketing sales targets and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities:
A. Ticketing Operations Execution
- Translate ticketing plans into actionable operational steps.
- Coordinate with marketing, events, finance, and product teams to ensure proper execution.
- Support operational tasks related to event setup, ticketing timelines, and process alignment.
B. Partnership Opportunity Sourcing
- Assist in identifying and sourcing potential ticketing partnerships (venues, communities, brands, promoters).
- Support the preparation of pitch decks, offering letters, and supporting documents.
C. Relationship Management
- Maintain relationships established by the VP of Ticketing.
- Act as a supporting liaison for partner communication, follow-ups, and inquiries.
D. Administrative & Documentation Support
- Prepare offering letters, draft agreements, and compile event/ticketing guidelines.
- Support creation and maintenance of seat maps, ticket tiers, promo structures, SOPs, and settlement documentation.
- Prepare post-event ticketing reports and ensure accurate documentation is stored and updated.
E. KPI Monitoring & Reporting
- Conduct daily monitoring of ticketing retail KPIs such as sales performance, conversion rate, and distribution by channel.
- Consolidate and provide regular reports to management.
- Highlight performance trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, Communication, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in ticketing, partnerships, events, or operations (preferred).
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Good analytical ability and understanding of data reporting.
- Strong communication skills for internal and partner coordination.
- Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple tasks.
- High attention to detail.
