We are currently looking for: F&B Manager

Job Desc:

  • Oversee daily food and beverage operations, including kitchen and bar functions, to ensure smooth and efficient service
  • Train, supervise, and motivate staff
  • Develop, implement and continuously improve menus
  • Manage budgets and implement cost-saving measures to maximize profitability
  • Monitor stock levels, manage inventory to minimize waste and ensure adequate stock availability
  • Ensure adherence to food safety regulations, maintain high food quality standards, and monitor service standards to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly and professionally, striving to provide exceptional customer experiences
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to promote food and beverage offerings, implement marketing strategies to boost sales, and assist with event planning

Qualifications:

  • Have an experience at the same position minimum 3-4 years
  • Speak English
  • Domiciled in Bali
