ABOUT THE ROLE

We're looking for a reliable and organized Administrative Assistant to help our daily office operations run smoothly. You'll support management and the team with documents, scheduling, communication, and general office tasks.

This position is best for someone who is detail-oriented, can multitask, and enjoys helping things run efficiently. You'll be working in a fast-paced environment, so flexibility and good communication are important.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Keep company files and documents well organised and up to date.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings or appointments
  • Answer calls, messages, and emails and forward to the right person
  • Handle general office duties: filing, scanning, photocopying, mailing
  • Support managers and team members with daily admin needs.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Assist with simple bookkeeping and data entry.
  • Help with other tasks or special projects as needed.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years' experience in an admin or office role
  • Good English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Good computer literate: Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
  • Positive attitude and strong sense of responsibility
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
