**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead end-to-end procurement for the nightclub project: from construction materials, MEP equipment, FF&E (furniture, fixture & equipment), sound, lighting, bar, kitchen, and décor items.
- Work closely with Project Manager, Interior Designer, F&B, and Technical teams to align procurement timelines with project milestones.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for high-quality products and services under tight timelines.
- Coordinate local and international purchases, including import processes, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.
- Manage Purchase Requests (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO) in compliance with company SOPs.
- Monitor vendor delivery schedules to avoid delays in project timelines.
- Maintain cost control without compromising quality and design standards.
- Supervise procurement assistants or admin staff and ensure accurate documentation.
- Identify and mitigate procurement risks during the project execution phase.
- Support operational procurement post-opening: bar supplies, kitchen needs, uniforms, cleaning materials, etc.
- Ensure all vendor contracts and warranties are in place before handover.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of procurement experience, with at least 2 years in a **project-based hospitality, entertainment, or F&B setup**.
- Proven experience in pre-opening projects for nightclubs, restaurants, hotels, or event venues is **highly preferred**.
- Experience dealing with AV suppliers, lighting vendors, construction contractors, or kitchen/bar equipment vendors is a **strong advantage**.

**Technical Skills**:

- Solid understanding of **construction procurement, AV systems (audio/video), bar & kitchen equipment, lighting & effects systems**.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and procurement systems (e.g., SAP, Zoho, or other ERP platforms).
- Familiarity with local and international sourcing, BOQ, and vendor evaluation processes.

**Soft Skills**:

- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- High attention to detail, able to work independently under pressure.
- Collaborative mindset with project stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English (oral and written).
- Energetic, proactive, and committed to delivering results on time.

**Preferred**:

- Available to start immediately or with short notice.
- Willing to travel between project locations (e.g., Bali and Jakarta).
- Previous experience working with nightlife or luxury F&B brands is a plus.
