Position: General Manager – Food & Beverage Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled and dynamic General Manager to oversee all operational aspects of our Food and Beverage company. This includes managing restaurant operations, production kitchen, raw material distribution, and brand development across multiple locations.

The General Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality, customer satisfaction, operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and driving business growth across all branches.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of all restaurant locations, ensuring high standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage production kitchens and coordinate raw material distribution to all branches.
  • Develop and implement strategies for business growth and brand development.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Optimize operational processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Lead cross-functional teams, providing clear direction and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with vendors, ensuring quality and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Monitor and drive product innovation and operational improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Must be based in Bali
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Hospitality, Food Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the Food & Beverage industry.
  • Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and scaling multi-location businesses.
  • Expertise in restaurant management, cost control, and production systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking with a focus on business development and product innovation.
  • Exceptional negotiation and vendor management abilities.
