  • Manage daily accounting operations, including transaction recording, reconciliation, and monthly closing.
  • Prepare timely financial reports in accordance with applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure accuracy of financial data and compliance with company policies and tax regulations.
  • Supervise and support the accounting team in executing operational tasks.
  • Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bank balances regularly.
  • Conduct financial analysis to support management decision-making.
  • Improve and maintain efficient accounting systems and procedures.
  • Ensure proper and organized financial documentation.
  • Identify financial risks and provide recommendations for corrective actions.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to prepare financial statements independently.
  • Good communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to lead a team and manage tasks in an organized manner.
  • Capable of working under deadlines and handling multiple priorities.
  • High integrity and solid understanding of internal controls.
