Role Overview

We are looking for passionate, driven individuals who are ready to make their mark in the world of fashion. As part of our dynamic team, you'll play a key part in helping us elevate everyday fashion

What You'll Do:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive internal audit plans aligned with company objectives.
  • Lead and mentor the internal audit team to ensure effective execution of audit assignments.
  • Evaluate and enhance internal control systems, compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports and present key findings and recommendations to senior management.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency, compliance, and financial integrity.
  • Conduct special audits and investigations as required.
  • Willing to travel across business units for on-site audit assignments.

We'd love to hear from people with:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience as internal audit junior manager, preferably within the retail ndustry
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a professional certification such as CIA, CPA, or ACCA is a plus
  • Excellent understanding of internal control frameworks, risk management principles, and corporate governance best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address complex issues
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with all levels of the organization
  • Experience in leading and managing a team of auditors, including mentoring and developing their skills
