IT Network & Operations Support

Key Responsibilities

  1. Operational & Administrative Support

  2. Handle administrative tasks by collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Product.

  3. Maintain configuration and rules setup for both new and existing products.

  4. Perform various administrative duties requiring knowledge of departmental procedures.

  5. Provide operational support to Product Managers in daily activities.

  6. Help identify, resolve, and follow up on operational issues by coordinating with relevant stakeholders.

  7. Data & Reporting

  8. Gather and compile necessary data for reporting purposes.

  9. Conduct basic data analysis and provide insights to support business and operational decisions.

  10. Monitor and analyze daily WiFi operational report

  11. Identify potential inefficiencies and provide recommendations for optimization.

  12. Project & Product Support

  13. Support specific product features or small-scale project streams as assigned.

  14. Conduct product testing based on reference materials or checklists provided by the Product Manager, and report results accurately.

  15. Create documentation such as product guidelines or user manuals

  16. Network & System Maintenance

  17. Ensure all network connections and supporting systems are running optimally.

  18. Perform corrective actions when anomalies or technical issues are detected.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Network Technician, WiFi Technician, or in a related role within the telecommunications or IT industry.

  • Minimum education of Bachelor's degree (S1) or Diploma IV (D4) in Computer Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or a related technical field.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of network configuration, WiFi protocols, routers, and modems.

  • Excellent troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve network and electronic device issues.

  • Familiar with network monitoring tools and network testing instruments.

  • Good communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team to solve technical problems.

  • Possessing relevant certifications such as Cisco CCNA or CompTIA Network+ is an advantage.
