About the role

We are searching for an HVAC Sales Engineer (Mandarin) to join our dynamic team at PT. Daikin Applied Solutions Indonesia. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales of our cutting-edge heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) solutions across the Jakarta Raya region. As a sales consultant, you will leverage your technical expertise and language skills to provide tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients.

What you'll be doing

  1. Proactively identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the HVAC market
  2. Conduct detailed needs assessments to understand client requirements and pain points
  3. Present and demonstrate our HVAC products and services, highlighting their value and benefits
  4. Negotiate contracts and close sales deals while ensuring a seamless customer experience
  5. Provide post-sales support, including technical assistance and ongoing account management
  6. Collaborate cross-functionally with our engineering, marketing, and operations teams
  7. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive growth

What we're looking for

  1. Degree in Engineering, HVAC, or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 3 years of sales experience in the HVAC industry, preferably in a consultative sales role
  3. Fluency in Mandarin and English, both written and verbal
  4. Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and applications
  5. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Results-driven mindset and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
