Responsibilites:

  • Create progress report from all Field Supervisor
  • Contact and negotiate with vendors or daily workers for work contracts
  • Track labor, material, subcontractor, and equipment costs, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
  • Prepare monthly financial reports, including cost-to-complete and earned value analysis.
  • Manage contract billing, invoicing, and financial closeout activities.
  • Monitor project risks and assist in mitigation planning.
  • Track change orders, ensuring accurate documentation, pricing, and approval.
  • Validate scope changes and assess financial impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project controls, project accounting, or cost management (HVAC or construction industry preferred).
  • Experience with HVAC, mechanical systems, or construction project environments is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of cost control, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proficiency in project management and financial software (e.g., MS Excel, Google Sheet, Accurate).
  • Strong communication, time management, and organizational skills.
  • Knowledge of construction contracts, billing methods, and change order processes
