Job Descriptions:

  • Assist the credit risk team in completing review processes, providing feedback and recommendations based on field visits and trade checking activities.

  • Conduct document checks related to the daily operational activities of debtors and active projects.

  • Carry out controlling and monitoring of the debtor's and active project's daily operations, to ensure alignment with covenants and/or mitigation requirements set by the credit risk team.

  • When required, be assigned to and involved in the daily business activities of debtors and active projects as an extension of the credit risk team.

  • Serve as the credit risk team's representative in the field, maintaining communication and relationships with debtors and project stakeholders.

  • Actively participate in developing projects under the credit risk team, including standard operating procedures, risk acceptance criteria, and other related initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Preferably a Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Agriculture, Economics, or Accounting.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Quality Controller / Quality Assurance or in a similar role with responsibilities in business process monitoring and control.

  • Strong analytical skills, fast thinking, and high attention to detail.

  • Good communication skills and strong logical and structured problem-solving abilities.

  • Willing to conduct regular visits or be assigned to project locations across Indonesia.
