Education

Minimum D3 in Industrial Engineering, Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.

Core Competencies

  • Project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
  • Preparation of project reports, dashboards, and progress summaries.
  • Coordination of project documentation and filing systems.
  • Support to project team in administrative and logistical tasks.

Software Skills

  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Familiar with scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or MS Project.

Project Management Knowledge

  • Basic understanding of project lifecycle, WBS, and critical path method (CPM).
  • Familiar with contract administration and Project control.
  • Understanding of change management and progress measurement.

Reporting & Documentation

  • Preparation of project progress and cost reports.
  • Tracking of deliverables, approvals, and milestones.
  • Maintaining correspondence and transmittal records.

Experience

Minimum 2 years of experience in project control, coordination, or project administration within engineering, construction, or oil & gas sectors.

Soft Skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
  • Good communication and coordination ability with internal and external teams.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal).

Other Requirements

  • Familiar with HSE and QA/QC .
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proactive and adaptable to project environment dynamics.
