Location: Jakarta, Indonesia Employment Type: Full-Time, On-site Compensation: IDR 4,000,000 – IDR 6,000,000 per month + Performance Bonuses

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a highly motivated, organized, and commercially-minded individual to act as our Sales Coordinator and primary Business Support Assistant in Jakarta. This is a critical, hands-on role that directly supports our Sales Team, CMO, and CEO's market development goals.

The ideal candidate must have a strong Sales and Marketing background and be ready to execute administrative tasks, manage client relationships, and directly contribute to our growth in the Indonesian market.

Key Responsibilities and Scope

This role combines three essential functions and requires high-level organizational skills to manage diverse priorities.

1. Sales Coordination & Market Development (Main Scope)

You will act as the key Sales Coordinator for the Indonesia market, responsible for driving momentum and ensuring all sales pipelines are supported.

  • Client Management: Proactively maintain and strengthen relationships with our existing clients in Jakarta, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
  • Market Development: Work closely with the CMO and CEO to execute strategies designed to develop the broader Indonesian market, engaging new potential clients and following up on strategic leads.
  • Sales Support: Assist the Sales Team with meeting preparation, gathering necessary materials, and ensuring seamless communication flow between the back office and external partners.

2. Marketing Assistant

You will provide direct support to our CMO and Marketing team, ensuring our market presence is strong and campaigns are executed efficiently.

  • Campaign Execution: Assist the Marketing team with planning, supporting, and executing various marketing tasks and initiatives.
  • Content Support: Help manage internal marketing assets and ensure materials are ready for deployment.
  • Background: Proven Marketing background or practical experience is required for effective planning and execution.

3. Back Office & Data Administration (Approx. 30% of scope)

You will provide essential administrative support and ensure the integrity of our sales data, acting as crucial back-office support for the Sales Team.

  • Data Entry: Perform daily, meticulous data entry into our system for 1–2 hours every day, targeting at least 100 entries daily.
  • Database Support: Ensure the sales database is accurate and up-to-date, providing a reliable foundation for the Sales Team's planning.
  • Training: Full training on our internal systems and database processes will be provided.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience is Key: Must have a proven Sales and Marketing background or relevant experience to handle the primary client-facing and market development responsibilities.
  • Educational Background: Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous and highly organized approach to daily data entry and administrative tasks.
  • Proactive Attitude: Self-starter who is comfortable supporting senior management (CMO/CEO) and managing client relationships independently.
