Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing Coordinator, located in Jakarta, Indonesia. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for planning and executing marketing events, managing projects, and communicating with internal and external stakeholders. The role also includes support for sales activities and crafting compelling written content for various marketing materials.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Support sales and client account activities, including proposal preparation and campaign coordination.
  • Maintain relationships with existing clients and assist in managing partner satisfaction.
  • Assist in organizing events, webinars, and promotional activities that enhance brand visibility.
  • Coordinate partnership proposals, collaboration opportunities, and sponsorship management.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all partner and event touchpoints.
  • Manage content calendars, social media updates, and digital marketing campaigns.
  • Collaborate with designers and copywriters to produce marketing materials and visuals.
  • Monitor digital performance metrics (social media, email, and website analytics) and provide insights for improvement.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor's Degree
    in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a related field.
  • Min. 3 years of experience
    in marketing coordination, event management, or account support
  • Strong understanding of
    digital marketing tools
    (e.g., Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, analytics).
  • Excellent
    communication and project coordination
    skills.
  • Proficient in
    content planning, social media management
    , and maintaining brand guidelines.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and a collaborative working style.
  • Willingness to work in a
    fast-paced, cross-functional environment
