Job Description :

  • Make a plan for project needs (equipment and personnel) in accordance with the contract.
  • Supervise and monitor all projects handled by Project Control.
  • Coordinate all activities related to project preparation.
  • Coordinate and communicate with clients.
  • Supervise and monitor the project in accordance with the project proposal from Marketing, which is adjusted to the timeline and project cost budget.
  • Supervise and monitor project progress.
  • Carrying out inspections, reviews, and validation of all operational requirements documents
  • Conduct an analysis and evaluation of monthly cost operations.
  • Ensure that K3 procedures are carried out in the operational work of team members.
  • Ensure the implementation of the 5S program in operational work environments.

Job Requirements :

  • Candidate should possess at least Bachelor Degree from Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering.
  • Candidate with at least 3 years experiences as Project Coordinator within Petrolium or oil & gas company.
  • Have reporting, scheduling and maintenance planning capabilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, presentation, consultative sales, and strong analytical capabilities.
  • Self-starter, highly driven, with a positive attitude.
  • Able to work under pressure to meet the deadline.
  • Proficient in English Language both written and spoken.
  • Placement in Head Office (South Jakarta).
