Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Sales Coordinator role located in Jakarta. The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for:

  • Sourcing and identifying data base, input and maintain into CRM system
  • Qualifying prospect and filter it down based on a. hartrodt target or focus
  • Secure information by completing data base backups
  • Secure appointment and assist Account Manager during on-site meeting with customer
  • Keeping up to date with products, market rate, and competitors.
  • Participate in targeting the right Target Account.
  • Provide monthly reports related to target; detailing personal activity, including the total count of telephone report, scheduled appointments, and successfully gained business opportunities.
  • Keeping confidential of company data base and customer's data as per employee book guidance

Qualifications

  • Minimum Associate / bachelor's degree in business, marketing, transport or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills (Presentation, Negotiation and Handling Rejection)
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin, written and verbal, for effective client interactions and presentations
  • Proficiency in relevant software and tools - basic Microsoft Office and CRM system
  • Mandarin speakers with HSK Level 4 or above are highly encouraged to apply
  • Possess deep knowledge of international transport, freight forwarding industry and logistics is desirable
  • Proven experience as Telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role is desirable
  • Speaking other international languages besides English is desirable
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
