Location : South Jakarta

We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and goal-oriented 
Education Sales Coordinator
 to join our team. This role plays a key part in driving student enrollment, schools partnership, managing sales activities, and supporting overall centre growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inquiries from prospective students and parents, both online and onsite
  • Conduct consultations and provide program recommendations
  • Manage admission processes, including registration and documentation
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with students, schools, and community partners
  • Support marketing and promotional activities (school visits, events, or exhibitions)
  • Prepare sales reports and track performance data
  • Collaborate with the academic and operational teams to ensure excellent customer service

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about education and customer service
  • Target-driven with strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team
  • Willing to work on weekends as scheduled
  • Min 3 years experience in coordinator education sales, marketing, or admissions is an advantage
