About Our Client:

Our client is a company that specializes in providing innovative formwork and scaffolding systems, solutions, and services in all areas of construction.

Position Overview:

As a Sales Team Leader, you will drive sales and profitability within your industry by exploring market opportunities and potential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and target construction projects.
  • Visit project sites to assess the needs of the scaffolding and formwork system.
  • Work with the engineering team to create proposals for the required scaffolding and formwork systems.
  • Negotiate commercial terms with customers.
  • Prepare contracts, manage customer payments, and oversee shipments.
  • Regularly visit construction sites after sales to provide support and address any questions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the scaffolding and formwork sector, preferably in sales.
  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  • Solid knowledge of engineering, project management, and commercial practices.
  • Self-motivated, independent, and committed.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong sales and interpersonal skills, open-minded, growth-oriented, result-driven, and responsible.
