About The Role

Noble Asia is seeking a dynamic and motivated
Team Leader for our Sales Department
, specializing in real estate leasing and residential property. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in real estate who also has an interest in interior design or architecture.

You will lead a team of motivated sales executives, drive performance targets, manage property listings and client relationships, and work closely with our marketing, design, and operations teams to deliver high-quality service to our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual targets.
  • Manage and monitor leasing and property sales activities (residential & commercial).
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, developers, and clients.
  • Coordinate with the marketing and design divisions for property presentations and promotions.
  • Review and approve property listings, pricing strategies, and negotiations.
  • Track team performance and report progress to management.
  • Ensure all sales documentation and procedures comply with company standards.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    3–4 years of experience
    in real estate sales, leasing, or property management.
  • Proven
    leadership and team management
    experience.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills.
  • Passion or background in
    interior design or architecture
    is a strong advantage.
  • Able to work independently, target-oriented, and solution-driven.
  • Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in Google Workspace, CRM, and property listing platforms.
