Melange Korea, a skincare retail company, is looking for a Telemarketing Team Leader to lead and motivate the telemarketing team in achieving sales targets.

Responsibilities:

  • Work and lead a team of telemarketing
  • Do on the spot verification of booking some telemarketer
  • Cold calling and making multiple calls to potential customer
  • Meeting all in daily dialled quota
  • Able to make booking for customers service while explaining our sales promotion and what the products do and how they can benefit from the brand
  • Achieve sales target set by the company
  • Answering potential customer's question and follow up
  • Maintaining records on all calls, collect data and update information as necessary

Requirements:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management or any field
  • At least 3 years experience as Telemarketing Team Leader
  • Able to speak English (minimum intermediate level)
  • Sales oriented and goal oriented
  • Result driven, persistence, time management, telephone outbound cold calling telephone sales
  • Ability to remind calm under-pressure
  • Must be able to work in a call center environment with high energy daily
  • Have a positive attitude
  • Required to work 6 days per week
  • Working location: Kuningan City Mall, Jakarta Selatan
  • Able to join immediately.
