JOB DESCRIPTION

* Headed the Telemarketers for certain projects.

* Recruited telemarketers (if needed).

* Prepared the telemarketing projects by joining training.

* Prepared the database for prospects.

* Created the telescripts to influence customers to buy services and product of B2B IT

Products such as server, storage, and software by following a prepared sales talk to give

service and product information and price quotations.

* Completed report form by recording names, addresses, and purchases; referring orders

for filling.

* Trained the telemarketers how to handle objections, managed technical questions, and

managed customers feedback.

* Managed the telemarketers' disciplines to meet the target.

* Liaise the clients and Project Officers/ Marketing Specialist on telemarketing projects.

* Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.

* Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

* If needed, PIC would be telemarketer.
