Job Purpose

Key Accountabilities

  2. Manage overall company operations, covering production, supply chain, and marketing activities

  5. Evaluate workforce requirements, performance, and productivity
  6. Assess competency gaps and design employee development and capability-building plans

Main Responsibilities

  • Plan, coordinate, and control daily operational activities to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved according to company standards
  • Implement and maintain SOPs, quality standards, and compliance across operations
  • Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to achieve optimal performance
  • Prepare regular operational and performance reports for management
  • Identify operational risks and implement continuous improvement initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to support business sustainability

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Agriculture, Management, or a related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Proven ability to manage targets, timelines, and complex operations
  • Strong analytical and financial awareness
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Willing to work flexibly and coordinate across functions
  • Ready to work at Kertasari, West Java
