About the role

We are seeking a Gas Turbine Generator Operator I to join our team at PT Cikarang Listrindo, Tbk' in East Cikarang, West Java. This is a full-time position that will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the company's gas turbine generators. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the reliable supply of electricity to our customers.

What you'll be doing

  • Monitoring and operating gas turbine generators to maximise performance and efficiency
  • Conducting routine maintenance and inspections on gas turbine equipment
  • Identifying and troubleshooting any issues or malfunctions with the generators
  • Maintaining detailed logs and records of generator operations
  • Collaborating with the wider operations team to ensure seamless power generation
  • Adhering to all health, safety and environmental regulations

What we're looking for

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a gas turbine generator operator in Power Plant
  • Thorough understanding of gas turbine generator systems and maintenance procedures
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to quickly identify and resolve operational issues
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain meticulous records
  • Good communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with the wider operations team
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety and environmental regulations
